The next step in the process, after the buyer is qualified, is to receive a pre-approval letter. Lastly, which is my personal favorite, is to go "shopping" for your dream home.

 

In regards to the pre-approval, we can determine if your dream location is within reach. If the dream location is out of reach, don't be discouraged, this is were my expertise comes into play. My responsibility is to provide the buyer with knowledge of all areas.  Your dream home maybe in a location were the buyer never thought living in.
